FILE AN OFFICIAL FCC INDECENCY COMPLAINT AGAINST CBS

By completing this FCC indecency complaint and clicking the "Sign and Submit" button, you will be registering an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT against the network and program below, providing the FCC with specific evidence needed to take immediate regulatory action against the program. The Parents Television Council will electronically forward your COMPLAINT to the FCC. You will receive a copy of your complaint via email. We encourage you to print it out and mail it to the FCC to make sure that they don't "lose" your complaint that is sent via email.

Complaints and Political Programming Branch Enforcement Division, Mass Media Bureau Washington, DC 20554 This is a formal COMPLAINT of indecency on broadcast television. My complaint concerns the PROGRAM ON: NETWORK: CBS PROGRAM TITLE: CSI: Miami BROADCAST DATE: February 26, 2007 BROADCAST TIMES: 10:00 PM Eastern, 9:00 PM Central, 9:00 PM Mountain, 10:00 PM Pacific. Documentation of the indecent material on which my COMPLAINT is based is provided below. PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED OF THE PROGRESS AND RESULTS OF YOUR INVESTIGATION INTO THIS MATTER. Documentation -------------- Alexx and Calliegh are in the morgue standing over Tess's body. She has major bruising on her upper chest. Alexx tells Calliegh that Tess died from being suffocated and that something heavy was sitting on her chest for an extended period of time. In a flashback, Tess is shown being pinned to the ground by a man who is sitting on her chest. She is struggling and fighting against him. Alexx tells Calliegh that she found semen in the victim's mouth. Calliegh notes that semen doesn't live long in a person's mouth, and Alexx says that it was the last thing she did. Calliegh interviews the man that killed Tess. She tells him that they have a positive ID on him through his DNA sample matching the semen in Tess's mouth. He tries to claim her death was accident. Another flashback shows Tess struggling against her attacker, who is sitting on her chest with his crotch near her face. Tess is crying out and tells him he is too heavy, but he forces her back down. She is shown grabbing at his arm and jacket and choking and gasping for air. End Documentation -------------- Sincerely,
