Jacksonville, Florida, PTC Chapter Director. Williams, has had a
distinguished career in marketing, including handling important

A Jacksonville
Beach resident, Williams has long been a dedicated volunteer
throughout her community. Williams is an active volunteer for
Blueprint for Prosperity Task Force, Children
and Literacy,
Beaches Educational Foundation and also helps develop and
implement Children's Church Ministry curriculum at Calvary
Anglican Church. Williams' commitment to children has also led
her to her long-time membership in the Center for Florida's
Children (formerly known as Florida Center for Children and
Youth) as well as a former President for her local PTA/PTSA.
Zann holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of
North Florida.
After realizing
"an incredible need to alert and invoke her community regarding
entertainment industry", Williams was motivated to add the PTC
to her list of worthy causes. She states "today,
more than ever, we need to be careful about influences from the
non-stop media culture we live in that will play a role in
forming the beliefs and norms for our children. TV, movies,
music, and video games often present lifestyles, attitudes and
beliefs that are not age appropriate for the children in the
audience. Knowledge is power, and parents need to be empowered
to protect their children."
