Chapter Director Bio:
"As a mother and an active member of the PTA Carolyn is an energetic activist,"
PTC Executive Director Tim Winter said. "With a certification in brain
development synopsis evaluation, she knows more than most the harmful and long
lasting effects that a steady diet of entertainment sex, violence and profanity
has on children."
McKinney is a professional photographer and operated Main Street Photography
located in Georgetown for eight years. She also worked in elementary schools.
"I am deeply concerned about the quality of today's entertainment and the
negative impact these images have on our youth. I want to do all I can as a PTC
chapter director to improve the quality of entertainment."
