Specifically the intern will:

  • Help coordinate Advisory Board events.

  • Assist with maintaining and updating corporate products/brands and contact information in the ETS (Entertainment Tracking System) database.

  • Assist with maintaining and updating databases and contact information for advertisers, networks, PTC Advisory Board, like-minded organizations, and government agencies.

  • Attend events as needed and directed

  • Assist in advertiser campaigns

  • Coordinate advertiser packets detailing specific programs sponsored by individual advertisers.

  • Assist in tracking advertising patterns on designated shows.

  • Prepare weekly statistical analysis of the ETS Database System - - re:  advertisers on the best and worst programming.

  • Prepare final "mini study" on the best and worst advertisers for the duration of the internship.

Complimenting those with a focus for a career in communications, marketing, or publicity, this internship provides a close examination of the inner-workings of the entertainment & advertising industry.
