Development:

The development intern will assist the Development Director in building a successful high donor program. Intern will also help the development director research and develop alternative sources of funding.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Assist director of development in implementing the  high-dollar fund raising program.

  • Assist in providing personalized communications with major donors.

  • Monitor gifts for proper recognition, communicates to appropriate persons.

  • Research alternative sources of funding and assists with the preparation of applications and proposals.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by director of development.

This position is perfect for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the non-profit/fundraising sector after college.
