Teaches:
Strategic methods, problem solving, rules of the card game Yu-Gi-Oh
CSR Review: As you probably know, Yu-Gi-Oh TV shows and card games
have been a huge fad for just about every elementary student across America.
Now kids can play the Yu-Gi-Oh simulation at home on their video game
systems. In this game, players create a user name and go on a journey in
search of the seven millennium items which have the ability to unlock forces
of the greatest duel monsters such as Harpie's Pat Dragon, Dark Magician,
and Blue-eyes White Dragon. The highlight of the game is dueling. This is
where players can attempt to strategically beat another character using
acquired electronic cards. Every card incorporated in the game has different
stats and powers and can be found in real Yu-Gi-Oh packs of playing cards.
The controls come easy and there is almost no loading. In addition, the
graphics are animated, colorful, and kid-friendly. Another good feature is
the 2-player duel mode. This is where two players can duel against each
other with cards they have collected with their user names. Players can also
save their progress and stats in the game with a memory card (sold
separately). There is violence, but on par with the Yu-Gi-Oh television
show. All in all, this is an absolute favorite game of many testers.
