Parents Television Council - Because Our Children Are Watching

Send Your Warning to the Sponsors of Nip/Tuck!

On the Tuesday, January 27th episode of the FX network’s depraved medical drama Nip/Tuck, a woman character was shown entering a doctor’s waiting room and plugging in an electrical carving knife. She then stripped off her blouse and, cupping her naked breast in one hand, sawed into it with the knife. Blood is shown splattering her face and clothes and the rest of the room as she shrieks. When the doctors race in, her bloody, severed breast is seen lying on the floor. As a closeup shows the woman’s bloodstained face as she writhes in pain, the huge, gory wound in her chest can also be seen.
