NETWORK: CBS-TV A woman in a sexy robe, mask, and tiny panties sits on a bed and rubs her buttocks in front of a web cam. On the other end of the broadcast, a man sits in an office watching and instant-messaging her instructions. Message: "Can you take it all
off?" She slowly takes off the robe, revealing a black lacy bra. A man clad in black is in the shadows. The messaging man notices it and writes frantically: "Rain! Look behind you! Turn around!" The man grabs the girl and slams her into the bed and holds a knife to her throat and cuts it. Blood drips down her chest. McGee is in the victim's bedroom and he says he's seen the woman's room before. There are flashbacks of the woman posing in the lingerie in sexy poses. Then McGee says his girlfriend e-mailed him the video of her being killed online. There is another flashback played of the woman being murdered with her throat being sliced and blood dripping onto her cleavage. Gibbs, Abby and McGee re-watch Rain's murder on the raunchy video and bloody throat-slitting murder. Tony shows Gibbs the website, he says it is "Naughty, Naughty Neighbors." He says the women started with posing in lingerie and eventually the clothes came-off entirely. He tells them that platinum membership gives viewers access to the live webcasts. While they talk there are graphic sexual moaning sounds and flashes of the lingerie photos in the background on a large computer screen. Duckie and Gibbs stand over the dead body of Lee Ann found in the trunk of a car in a junk yard. Her neck is split open very deeply and it is very bloody and graphic. NETWORK: Fox-TV A video montage that shows Peter, Stewie and Brian dancing in black bras, panties, garter belts and fishnet stockings; Stewie and Brian in S&M gear with Stewie spanking Brian; Peter on the Howard Stern show in a pink bikini, lifting the bikini top to expose his chest; Peter with his pants down, farting, with Stewie and Brian holding a match to light the fart on fire; Peter sitting naked at a table with a plastic inflatable sex doll; Peter as Janet Jackson during the Super Bowl halftime show; Peter suggestively eating a popsicle; Peter, Stewie and Brian wearing pink teddies and panties having a pillow-fight; A buxom woman ripping off her blouse to expose a skimpy black bra and lots of cleavage; a man bending over naked to pick up a newspaper with Peter and Lois standing behind him; Peter, Lois, and a man sitting around a board game, completely naked. Meg, their daughter is fully clothed, staring at Peter's genitals; naked Stewie covering his groin. During a quickly edited musical routine mocking indecency enforcement, a couple is shown kissing on a picnic blanket with the lyric "you're going to have to do her with your ding-a-ling – because you can't say penis." Then a spring shoots out of the fly of the male character. Another segment involves Stewie chiseling a statue with a fire engine clearly inserted in its anus. Partial lyrics of the song: "They will clean up all your talking in a minute such as this, They will make you take a tinkle when you want to take a piss. Peter holds a nail gun up to Lois's face and tells her that he is not going to Meg's play. Lois kicks the gun out of his hand and tackles him on the floor. She twists his arm and makes him say "I like eating red carpet" as she shoves his face into the red carpeting. From outside the house Quagmire can hear Lois (who is a red head) telling Peter to say "I like eating red carpet" and he passes out from an apparent overload of sexual stimuli. Quagmire clearly thinks that Lois is forcing Peter to perform oral sex on her. Quagmire has his own shoe. The show features him sitting in a chair nude. One of his guests is a girl who is hiding a banana in a secret place. Lois wants Peter to cancel the show about animal sex called "Dogs Humping" but Peter says it's the cornerstone of their Wednesday lineup.
