Country singer and Renaissance woman, Naomi Judd, is out to change the way talk shows work.  Not satisfied with the lowest common denominator approach to entertainment, her show Naomi's New Morning seeks to build bridges and give people the tools they need to have better relationships and live better lives. The show combines celebrity interviews with features on everyday people overcoming struggles. Throughout each weekly episode Naomi's own homespun charm weaves a comforting presence.

Regular guests on Naomi's New Morning are a trio of religious leaders – a rabbi and two pastors.  This "circle of friends" breaks down the weekly topics and each adds their own insight to the discussion at hand.  Topics can range from building bridges in relationships and communities, to family issues, to heroic actions in overcoming obstacles and simple stories of faith.  Viewers also have the option of weighing in on weekly discussions by logging onto the show's website www.faithstreams.com.

When approached to do the show Ms. Judd said that she would only do a program that helped people connect mind, body and spirit.  She believes that this new program can give people the tools they need to enrich their lives on multiple fronts.

Naomi's New Morning is a bright star in the talk show universe.  A family-friendly show that is thought provoking and gentle on the spirit, it is definitely worth watching.  Naomi's New Morning airs on the Hallmark Channel on Sundays at 10:00 E.T./P.T.
