In its second season, Whitney Cummings and Alex Miller are in a committed relationship. After many failed attempts to get married in the traditional sense, they opted for matching “I Do” tattoos on their torsos. Their friend, Lily, is now single after her fiancé, Neal, revealed that he is gay. Lily lives with Roxanne. Roxanne is strong and independent, and is being pursued by Mark. Mark has quit his law enforcement profession and is now a bar owner. He’s given up his bachelor ways in the hopes of winning Roxanne’s heart. New to the cast is R.J., a bartender and long-time friend of Alex.
Whitney is dominated by sexual dialogue and innuendo: for example, in one episode Alex tries to persuade Whitney to have sex twenty minutes before his meeting, saying, “Why don’t we just bang one out? Me and you.” . Language has included “balls,” “boobs,”, “penis,” “vagina,” “bitch,” “whore,” “slut,” “bang,” “hell,” and “damn.” Violence is not a problem for the program.
Whitney is not recommended for viewers under 18.
