Take a walk down Memory Lane as we review some of our favorite couples from television. Below is a list of 14 couples whose relationship inspired us all. 14. THE FLINTSTONES (1960-1966) Fred and Wilma FrednWilma Fred and Wilma from The Flintstones, America's first prime-time animated series, proved that a couple that works together, stays together. The two balanced each other, with Fred being the neurotic one, and Wilma the calmer spirit. 13. THE OFFICE (2005-2013) Jim and Pam JimnPam With Jim and Pam, viewers got see a relationship evolve from the beginning. Through the years, viewers were their biggest cheerleaders as the two maneuvered from starting off as coworkers to eventually falling in love and getting married. 12. MY WIFE AND KIDS (2001-2005) Jay and Michael JaynMichael Jay and Michael were a married couple with three children. With Jay and Michael, viewers got to see a husband and wife working together and being partners, while trying to keep their children in line. 11. THE NANNY (1993-1999) Fran and Maxwell FrannMaxwell Fran used her charm and love for Maxwell’s kids to win his heart. He ultimately could not deny his feelings, with the two eventually falling in love and becoming a blended family. 10. GROWING PAINS (1985-1992) Jason and Maggie JasonnMaggie With Jason and Maggie, viewers saw a different dynamic of a marriage as Jason worked from home while Maggie pursued her dreams as a journalist. Though life got in the way, the two did their best to raise their family, although their kids caused them endless problems. 9. EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND (1996-2005) Ray and Debra RaynDebra Debra shows that patience is the key to a lasting marriage. She not only has to deal with Ray's antics, but her mother-in-law’s behavior as well. Never giving up, the two press on, keeping family as the center of their lives. 8. FULL HOUSE (1987-1995) Jesse and Rebecca JessenRebecca Jesse and Rebecca's relationship always had an ease to it, with a strong base of friendship viewers admired. Rebecca fell in love with Jesse’s charisma and love for family. The two eventually marrying and having twins. 7. MAD ABOUT YOU (1992-1999) Paul and Jamie PaulnJamie This series showed the ups and downs of marriage for newlyweds. Paul and Jamie charmed viewers with their continuous efforts to keep their magic alive. 6. HOME IMPROVEMENT (1991-1999) Tim and Jill TimnJill Tim and Jill were a team as they raised three handsome boys, while each fulfilling their dreams. Tim enjoyed power tools and hosting a TV show while Jill eventually went back to college to study psychology, supporting each other along the way. 5. ROSEANNE (1988-1997) Dan and Roseanne DannRoseanneRoseanne offered something different -- a blue-collar couple most viewers could relate to. Their life was never easy, but they were always true to themselves, kept the family close, and conquered everything that came their way together. 4. 7th HEAVEN (1996-2007) Eric and Annie EricnAnnie Eric and Annie were never ones to sway from their moral compass. They raised their children with love and values, all while putting God as head of their household. 3. BOY MEETS WORLD (1993-2000) Corey & Topanga CoreynTopanga It’s rare to meet the love of your life in the sandbox; but Corey and Topanga did, and viewers loved them for it. They were America’s sweethearts because, despite the pressure teens faced in high school, their hearts always went back to each other. Viewers had the privilege of watching them grow from kids into loving and caring adults, and eventually, husband and wife. 2. THE BRADY BUNCH (1969-1974) Carol & Mike CarolnMike Carol and Mike showed viewers that with a lot of love, a blended family can work. Both came into the marriage with three children of their own, and we watched as they made it work despite the obstacles. 1. I Love Lucy (1951-1957) Ricky and Lucy RickynLucy There’s a reason viewers can still find reruns of this show 60+ years after it first aired. The undeniable chemistry, Lucy’s zany adventures, and Ricky’s long-suffering love made for an entertaining relationship, and the #1 spot on our list.
