PTC Commends NBC for Keeping Golden Globes Broadcast Profanity-Free

The Parents Television Council commended NBC for muting explicit language that was said during last night’s Golden Globes awards show.“Kudos to NBC for keeping the Golden Globes broadcast free from explicit language for the families watching at home. It wasn’t easy, but NBC’s broadcast standards team did an excellent job, and we commend them for ensuring the broadcast decency law was followed,” said PTC President Tim Winter.
