TAKE ACTION HERE:
FORM LETTER:

SUBJECT: Help Keep Kids Safe Online
The Honorable Charles Schumer, Majority Leader
United States Senate
Washington, D.C. 20515
Dear Majority Leader Schumer:
I am concerned about the mental health challenges facing America’s youth; and I believe Congress has within its power, the ability to help these struggling children by passing S.1409, The Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA).
It is shameful given all we know about the harmful effects of social media on young minds, and the overwhelming public and bipartisan support for this legislation – including support from 86% of Americans — that voting on this bill has been delayed yet another year.
It is painfully obvious that Big Tech doesn’t care about our kids. That they will continue to exploit and profit from harmful algorithms for as long as they can get away with it.
Something must be done.
I am writing to urge you to schedule a vote on KOSA as quickly as possible.
Millions of vulnerable teens are counting on you.
Sincerely,
